Plaintiffs: William Evans yeoman of Woodbridge, Suffolk, and Freegift his wife, widow of Thomas Stevens of Woodbridge, apothecary.
Defendants: Thomas Johnson yeoman of Ardly [possibly Ardly or Ardleigh], Essex.
Subject: concerning a messuage and lands at Ardly, formerly of the said Thomas Stevens, who died in or about 1623, leaving five small children by the said Freegift his wife.
