Plaintiffs: Samuel Ellond tucker [a fuller] of Strowdwater [Stroud], Gloucestershire.
Defendants: William Sheppard esq of Old Horsley, John Sheppard gent and Samuel Sheppard gent (three executors of William Bennet deceased), and William Fletcher, Richard Warpman, Henry Chapman, Robert Bull, John Sweeper and Thomas Powell.
Subject: concerning the will of the said William Bennett clothier of Cubley, who died indebted to Ellond.
Document type: Bill (undated) and a plea and demurrer (25 and 26 November 1633) of the brothers William, John and Samuel Sheppard.
