Description

Short title: Edwards v Thomas.

Plaintiffs: Samuel Edwards gent of Castlewright, Montgomeryshire, son and heir of John Edwards gent, the son and heir of Edward Powell Pugh otherwise Edward ap Howell ap Hugh.

Defendants: John Thomas of Bishop's Castle, Shropshire, and Margaret Thomas, widow of John Thomas, deceased, of Aston, his mother, and previously the wife of Edmund Owen.

Subject: concerning lands, etc., in Castlewright, Aston and Wellington, Montgomeryshire.
