Defendants: William Catlyne esq of Raunds, Northamptonshire, and John Throckmorton, brother of the said Judith and her late husband's solicitor.
Subject: concerning a sum of £1,000 alleged to have been borrowed by the said William Catlyne from Thomas Edwards on 26 November 1616.
