Description

Short title: Edward v Williams.

Plaintiffs: John ap Edward of Northop, Flintshire, and Mary his wife, daughter of Nicholas Kenricke, deceased.

Defendants: Ellice Williams gent of Argoed, Flintshire.

Subject: concerning a bond, dated in December 1623, for the repayment of £32, which Thomas Parry gent delivered to the said Nicholas Kenricke, who died before the payment thereof, leaving the said Mary his executrix.

Document type: Bill (24 June 1628) and demurrer.
