Plaintiffs: Henry Evered clothier of Glemsford, Suffolk.
Defendants: Ambrose Evered and Thomas Evered the younger, son and heir of Thomas Evered clothier of Glemsford, deceased.
Subject: concerning the will (12 October 1636) of their father, which left to Henry, the youngest son, a capital messuage and lands in Glemham, Suffolk, in consideration that he had neglected his own affairs and served his father as a servant for 20 years.
