Description

Short title: Ewens v Gouge.

Plaintiffs: John Ewens yeoman of Budcleigh [Butleigh], Somerset.

Defendants: Richard Gouge and Dorothy his wife, Dorothy Ewens and William Wykes.

Subject: concerning a messuage and lands in Budcleigh, late of William Ewens the younger, a brother of the plaintiff whose father had several sons and daughters.

Document type: Bill (20 October 1631) and answer (8 October 1632).
