Plaintiffs: George Ellis rough mason of Rawmarsh, Yorkshire, son of Rochard Ellis nailor of Rawmarsh.
Defendants: Thomas Wainwright gent of Wath, Jane Ward (sister of Richard Ward), George Wainwright of Over Haw, Nicholas Wade of Melto, Margaret Wade his wife and Thomas Ward his son, and Gervase Ward and Elizabeth his wife of Laneham, Nottinghamshire.
Subject: concerning the taking away of the profits of four acres of land in Rawmarsh, bought by the said Richard Ellis from Richard Ward of Over Haw.
