Description

Short title: Watts v Lynne.

Plaintiffs: John Watts.

Defendants: William Lynne senior and William Lynne his son.

Subject: for the performance of a marriage contract. the defendant William Lynne senior, on the marriage of his son with the plaintiffs daughter Awdrey Watts, agreed to settle all his lands and tenements in Mountford alias Wormingford, Mount Burzes [Mount Bures], Muchtay alias Tey Magna [Great Tey], Great Horsley [Great Horkesley], Great Okeley [Great Oakley], Essex; and lands in Outwell and Upwell, Norfolk, and in Little Thornham [Thornham Parva], Great Thornham [Thornham Magna], Yaxley, Melles [Mellis], Braser and Nayland, Suffolk.
