Subject: To protect the plaintiff's title by lease. The mansion house and lands of the defendant in Nottingham and Lincolnshire and six acres of ground called The Hades with the passage for two ferry boats over the River Trent there and also one fishing in the same river (which the defendant let on lease to the plaintiff).
