Description

Short title: Wood v Luther.

Plaintiffs: William Wood.

Defendants: Anthony Luther.

Subject: To restrain an incroachment. The plaintiff for 50 years past having been seised in fee of a capital messuage or manor house, and divers lands thereto belonging, in the parishes of Stanford Rivers, Essex and High Ongar, Essex and having permitted Thomas Luthe deceased, defendant's father, to pass and repass over the same, the defendant since his death claims a right of way.
