Subject: To protect plaintiff's title under a lease. The farm of Langford, situate in the parishes of […] and […], Collumpton [Cullompton], and Plumtree, Devon, the estate of the master and scholars of Corpus Christi College in Oxford, and by them let on lease to Robert Bond MD, which lease afterwards became vested in plaintiff.
