Description

Short title: Gunter v Wase.

Plaintiffs: John Gunter.

Defendants: Leonard Wase and Mildred Wase his wife, William Massey and Margaret Massey his wife, William Forsett and others.

Subject: Claim under an assignment of a lease and subsequent will. The manor of Kintbury, called Barton Court, and two water mills called Barton Mills in Kintbury, Berkshire, and the rectory or parsonage of Kintbury; all of which, in the 34 Henry V111, were demised by John Cheyney esq, and Johan Cheyney his wife, to defendant Wase.
