Subject: account relating to a sugar [refining] house at Stepney, Middlesex, which the plaintiffs assigned to defendant, with the stock therein, in consideration of his paying £4,300 of their debts, who having sold the stock etc, amounting to £14,000, refuses to deliver possession.
