Description

Short title: Andrews v Gousdon.

Plaintiffs: William Andrews and Jane Andrews his wife.

Defendants: Anthony Gousdon alias Anthony Gouston.

Subject: Deeds, evidences etc relating to the manor of Fritwell etc, Oxfordshire, of which Benjamin Gousdon alias Gouston was seised, who about 16 Eliz [1574], in consideration of a marriage between him and Jane, now wife of the plaintiff, and for perfecting her jointure, granted the same to John Edmond of 'Dadington' [Deddington], Oxfordshire, and others, and their heirs etc.
