Appointment by Edward Becansawe, esquire, of an attorney to receive seisin of the messuages and land in Much Hoole which Bartholomew Hesketh, gentleman, gave him in exchange for land, etc. which he and Emma Becansaw, widow, gave to the said Bartholomew in.
