- Presentment of a jury that Sir Richard Morin, at Stamford, in the presence of Hereward Marsh (de Marisco) and Dame Rametta, and by their consent, has taken into the hand of the Earl of Leicester the barony of Embleton with the manor of Fenton, and all the lands of the said Rametta, in the presence of the court of Stamford, and has appointed William his clerk as keeper of the barony, saying that the said Rametta would live at Harbottle (Hyrebotle) until the earl provided her with other land. He has bought the manor of Fenton from the said Hereward and Rametta at Lowick: Northumb.
