Description
Henry son of Robert de Enkerdon to Edmund, Earl of Lancaster: Declaration that if he is impleaded by writ of novel disseisin in respect of 26 acres of waste given him by the said Edmund in the manor of Newcastle-under-Lyme, he wil not call him to warranty.
