Letter books, Collectors to Board, Padstow, 1810 to 1876, Barnstaple, 1726 to 1884, Ilfracombe, 1778 to 1839, and Bridgwater 1859 to 1890. General letter books, Padstow, 1812 to 1888, Barnstaple, 1864 to 1914, Ilfracombe, 1816 to 1843, 1887 to 1934, Bridgwater, 1832 to 1911, Bideford, 1874 to 1882, and Appledore, 1879 to 1914. Board of Trade letter books, Barnstaple, 1884 to 1918 and Bridgwater 1851 to 1866. Officers' oaths of admission, Barnstaple, 1760 to 1855 and miscellaneous trade etc. returns there, 1828 to 1848. Wreck depositions, Lundy, 1868 to 1885, Barnstaple, 1886 to 1888. Miscellaneous records mainly relating to staff and shipping, Appledore, 1851 to 1921; Bideford, 1857 to 1928; Ilfracombe, 1816 to 1838; Barnstaple, 1825 to 1922; Padstow, 1829 to 1918; Bridgwater, 1736 to 1913. A register of apprentices indentures, Bideford, 1857 to 1880, is also part of the series.
