Included are orders etc. of the board of customs to the collectors, Penzance, 1722 to 1914, with indexes, 1821 to 1859; Scilly Isles, 1828 to 1835; and St. Ives, 1822 to 1859. Letter books from collectors to Board: Penzance, 1738 to 1878; Scilly Isles, 1858 to 1881; Hayle, 1864 to 1882. Miscellaneous letter books and records: Penzance, 1776 to 1902; Scilly Isles, 1733 to 1909; St. Michael's Mount, 1855 to 1870. Board of Trade letter books, Scilly Isles, 1868 to 1935, together with wreck letter books and depositions, 1857 to 1928 and a register of apprentices' indentures there, 1857 to 1878.
