Plaintiffs: Michael Wharton of St Andrew's Holborn, son of Michael Warton of Beverley Park, deceased.
Defendants: John Eure [Evrie], Thomas Eure his son, Peter Bewell, John Bell, Thomas Cyseson, John Huton, George Lamberte, Robert Clarke, and others.
Subject: Forcible entries and assaults in woods in Bentley held on a Crown lease, and procuring the arrest and imprisonment of plaintiff Michael Wharton without cause declared.
