Defendants: George Pudsey esq, Nicholas Cottrell, Margaret Cottrell his wife, George Jey, Susan Jey his wife, John Dowler, John Whorwoode, Joan Whorwoode his wife, John Wutton alias John Hutton, George Bromley, Elizabeth Spooner, and others.
Subject: Repeated destruction of a fence between the woods of plaintiff Sir Percival Willughbye in Middleton and the manor of Sutton Coldfield, one attack being entirely by women, assaults on his servant, burning felled wood, destruction of a fishpond and maintenane in the King's Bench.
