Description

Short title: Stafford v Stafford.

Plaintiffs: Elizabeth Stafford, late the wife of Humphrey Stafford, gent and daughter of John Shukburgh esq, late one of the six clerks in Chancery.

Defendants: Thomas Stafford esq, father of the said Humphrey Stafford, Sir Arthur Savage kt, John Verney of Tottenhoe, carpenter, John Norman, John Hadnett, William Greenehill, and others.

Subject: Causing plaintiff Elizabeth Stafford's tenants in Shenley to withold their rents, felling trees, etc. [Plaintiff also has lands in Westbury and Tottenhoe.]

Buckinghamshire.
