Plaintiffs: Robert Pyrke, gent, attorney in the Common Pleas, coroner of the county, and steward of the court of leet of Abenhall.
Defendants: Richard Hamlyn, gent, Margaret Hamlyn his wife, John Hamlyn and Thomas Hamlyn his sons, David Probert, of the Lea, alehousekeeper, William Powell his servant, William Gun, and others.
Subject: Attempted Murder at Gloucester, forcible entry, damage and assault on William Morse at the Lea, assault in the said court, forcible entry, challenge and damage at Mitcheldean, libellous suit in the Common Pleas, etc.
