Plaintiffs: Hugh Puleston, gent of Wrexham, nephew of Thomas Dimocke, gent of Horesmas.
Defendants: Katherine Dimocke, William Vaughan, late of Ellesmere scrivener, Thomas ap Edward of Overton, yeoman, and John George alias John Warburton of Totstill.
Subject: Illegal marriage with the said Thomas Dimocke, embezzlement of his goods and obtaining his signature to a will when incapable, plaintiff Hugh Puleston being his executor under a former will.
