Plaintiffs: William Prowde, gent.
Defendants: John Furser of Canterbury, grocer, Robert Borde of the same, shoemaker, John Whitfeilde and Ralph Grove, attorneys-at-law, James Masters, John Drowte, and others, sons, Samuel Ferrier, tailor, and Arnold Crunche and Thomas Caric, shoemakers, all of Canterbury, and William Streater, serjeant-at-mace.
Subject: Maintenance of a suit in the guildhall of Canterbury for messuages for gardens in the Rush Market adjoining the bishop's palace there, forcible entry, jury-packing, falsification of a record, perjury, etc.
Kent.
