Plaintiffs: William Prettyman of Bacton, and John Fyer, gent of Fenningham.
Defendants: Theophilus Feilde, clerk, Joseph Petto, Thomas Keble, Matthew Hawkes, John Barker, Thomas Grene, Jane Grene and ohers.
Subject: Forcible entry on glebe of Cotton demised to the said John Fryer, on the ground that Jacob Wadworth, presented to the living of Cotton by the said William Prettyman, had turned papist.
Suffolk.
