Plaintiffs: George Poole son of Griffith Poole deceased.
Defendants: Thomas Heathe of Egerton, Roger Gryffyth his servant, Thomas Evanson, and William Swanwicke, of Norbury.
Subject: Imprisonment in Chester castle on a forged warrant, forgery of a demise of meadow in Quoisley, and perjury in the Exchequer of Chester.
Cheshire.
