Plaintiffs: William [Paget] Lord Paget of Beaudesert, and Henry Willougbie, esq of Wrisley, Derbyshire.
Defendants: John Pynnell son of John Pynnell, John Silvester, Howell Meredith, clerk, Ellen Pynnell late the wife of the said John Pynnell elder, and Roger Vokins.
Subject: Marriage of the said Ellen Pynnell to the said John Pynnell the elder on his death-bed to avoid an escheat of a tenement in the manor of Stanford-le-Vale.
