Defendants: Katherine Powell, John Gybon, gent of Gaer, late of Abercynrig, Howell John of Breacknock, Jenkyn Watkyn of Llanvigan, and John Thomas of Gaer.
Subject: Breaking into the house of Margaret Gomond at Orlton, and attempted abduction of Anne Prosser, daughter-in-law of plaintiff Philip Prosser, granddaughter of the first-named defendant Katherine Powell, and heiress of a messuage and land in Aberyseir held of the manor of Cauntercelley, and collusive suit in this court.
