Defendants: John Lutterford alias John Towers of Stafford, mercer, Emma Lutterford his wife, William Lutterford his brother, of Stafford, mercer, Thomas Sawyer, and others.
Subject: Breaking into the house of Edward Chamberlyne, son-in-law of plaintiff Francis Picto and partner of the first-named defendant John Lutterford in Stafford, assault on his wife and servant, and seizure of said plaintiff's goods there.
