Plaintiffs: Richard Parker, gent late constable of Audley.
Defendants: William Kelsall, vicar of Audley, William Kelsall his son, Richard Buckley his servant, John Handley, husbandman, William Boughey, and others.
Subject: False accusation of scandalous language against Lord Gerard, and others, obtaining warrants of the peace and arrest in Audley church, divers trespasses, and embezzlement of timber provided by Lord Gerard for a free school and stone for repairs of the church of Audley.
