Defendants: Mercy Westwraye [a man], John Noble, Alexander Parker, Fortune Parker his wife, Alexander Webbe, and John Westwray.
Subject: Assault and false imprisonment, false affidavit of the peace in Chancery, obtaining administration of the estate of Mongey Peirson by perjury, and forgery of a will in the name of Alice Westwraye wife of the first-named defendant Mercy Westwraye, formerly the wife of the said Mongey Peirson, disposing of a lease of land in Scalding Alley, adjoining Grocers' Hall.
