Plaintiffs: Richard Pope of Landkey, yeoman, grandfather of John Fry, a minor.
Defendants: Thomas Hatche, gent, Elizabeth Hatche his wife, late the wife of John Fry, yeoman, uncle of the said John Fry, John Tomlyn, yeoman, her father, Charles Tomlyn her brother, Henry Wyatt, overseer of the will of the said John Fry the elder, John Harper, Honor Harper his wife, and others.
Subject: Falsely propounding a nuncupative will of John Fry the elder disposing of lands in Sherwill and embezzlement of his goods.
