Plaintiffs: Joan Picke, executrix and late the wife of Henry Picke, yeoman.
Defendants: Sir Henry Hastinges [Hastings] kt of Leicester Abbey, JP, Richard Picke of Barsby, yeoman, Benjamin Picke his son, Sampson Waze of Rotherby, yeoman, William Gresley of Mountsorrel, victualler, Arran Swane and Francis Bradshawe, labourers, Ralph Allen, 'sifemaker', and others.
Subject: Intimidation of witnesses to a nuncupative will of the said Henry Picke, imprisonment at Leicester, refusal of bail, and forcible entry, assault and seizure of goods at Quorndon.
Leicestershire.
