Defendants: James Fenton of Much Marcle, Herefordshire, yeoman, Elizabeth Fenton his wife, Christopher Dawe of Taynton, yeoman, Anne Dawe his wife, and others.
Subject: Forcible entries, assaults, and damages to enclosures at Newent formerly of Thomas Donne, deceased, father of the said Elizabeth Fenton and Anne Dawe.
