Defendants: William Harbert, gent, coroner, Robert Hawkins and John Hawkins sons of John Hawkins, [unknown] Hawkins his daughter, Elizabeth [Isabel] Hawkins his wife, John Adams, Elizabeth Adams his wife, and Mary Shaile.
Subject: False inprisonment in the manor-house of Williamstrop when serving a Chancery injunction, and conspiracy to accuse plaintiff John Pritchard of the death of Isabel Adams daughter of the said John, and Elizabeth Adams. Annexed is an answer of Mary Taylour, now Mary Davys, though no process is asked for against her.
