Plaintiffs: Sir Benjamin Pellat kt, and Nicholas Miles, yeoman, both of Bolney.
Defendants: Samuel Wilkinson, clerk, John Dubwell of Cuckfield, Robert Frankwell, John Langford, and others.
Subject: Hiding the said Samuel Wilkinson and his goods when he was indicted of theft, false evidence as to character and preferment of a bill of conspiracy against plaintiffs Sir Benjamin Pellat and Nicholas Miles.
Sussex.
Another action was also brought before the Assizes.
