Short title: Powell v Savage.

Plaintiffs: Stephen Powell of London, haberdasher.

Defendants: Edward Savage, esq of Beaurepair, Hampshire, John Savage his second son, William Moore, gent, Francis Moore, gent, and John Stanley.

Subject: Fraudulent sale of the manor and mill of Wotton, already conveyed to four different persons.
