Defendants: Edmund Dalton, keeper of the common gaol of Ipswich, William Bell, yeoman, Stephen Payne of Wherstead, husbandman, George Wynnyfe attorney in the Common Pleas, and others.
Subject: Collusion in an action of debt by Anthony Kirbye, detention of money paid for a composition, false return to a writ of exigent, imprisonment without warrant on a debt of Richard Beamishe to the said Edmund Dalton, forgery of a warrant, etc.
