Plaintiffs: Samuel Peacocke of Bishop Wilton.

Defendants: Henry Robinson of London, haberdasher, Gifford Watkins his servant, Henry Withers of All Hallows, Lombard Street, William Hoffte and Edith Hoffte his wife.
