Description

Short title: Pennyston v Williams.

Plaintiffs: Sir Thomas Pennyston bart [of] London, son and heir of Thomas Pennyston esq, grandson and heir of Thomas Pennyston esq.

Defendants: Thomas Williams, gent, Joan Williams his wife, Humphrey Vaughan, Eleanor Vaughan his wife, John Hall of Whitney, Richard Whitney and Richard Williams, gent, James Bromwych, and others.

Subject: Forcible entries on a messuage, watermill, and land at Brilley, and tampering with the grand jury at Hereford.

Herefordshire.
