Plaintiffs: Sir Thomas Pennyston bart [of] London, son and heir of Thomas Pennyston esq.
Defendants: Humphrey Vaughan, Eleanor Vaughan his wife, William Whitney his stepfather, John Hall of Whitney, yeoman, David Jones, attorney-at-law, John Hunt, and others.
Subject: Perjury before a Chancery commission and at the Great Sessions of Presteign, concerning messuages and land in Brilley, Bettws-Clyro, Glasnant and Michaelchurch.
Herefordshire, Radnorshire.
