Plaintiffs: Thomas Powell and Jane Powell his wife, late the wife of John ap Jevan.
Defendants: William ap Evan, executor of the said John ap Jevan, Hugh Bevan, clerk, and others.
Subject: Forgery of a will in the name of the said John ap Jevan disposing of a messuage and land in Llandefailog.
Breconshire.
Another action was also brought before the Ecclesiastical court.
