Defendants: Robert Pynke of Mitcheldean, attorney in the Common Pleas and coroner of Gloucestershire, Thomas Pyncke his brother, yeoman, William Bennett, James Longe, and others [called his 'wasps], John Rudge of Castle End, and others.
Subject: Frivolous suits against David Probert, plaintiff, and other persons, burlesque proclamation at Gloucester, assaults, forgery of warrants and other misconduct in office.
