Description

Short title: Powell v Oliver.

Plaintiffs: James Powell, citizen and clothworker of London.

Defendants: George Oliver, John Maye, scrivener, churchwarden of St Sepulchre's and Edward Webster of St Sepulchre's, coachmaker and constable of Farringdon Ward Without.

Subject: Perjury before the deputy of Farringdon Ward Without and the Lord Mayor on an information for keeping a lodger in the house of plaintiff James Powell near Holborn, Conduit, contrary to law.

London.

Note: Gives indictment in full.
