Defendants: Ralph Baynes of Giggleswick, Yorkshire, attorney in the Common Pleas, Richard Monckes, Roger Fowles [Fouldes] of Wycoller, husbandman, and others.
Subject: Conspiracy to recover on a bond given to the said Roger Fowles and since satisfied by a further bond.
