Short title: Malynes v Robyns.
Plaintiffs: Gerrard Malynes of London merchant.
Defendants: George Robyns, Philip Travers and Edmund Wood late his apprentices, Peter Hutchins, James Sutton, Zachary Mason, Giles Mullett, and others.
Subject: Unlawful distress, contrary to the King's protection, in a house in Bishopsgate Street held of the said Philip Travers as tenant to Sir Thomas Gresham for executing Lord Harrington's patent for farthing tokens, and perjury in Chancery. Identical bill but later date.
