Short title: Malynes v Robyns.
Plaintiffs: Gerrard Malynes of London merchant.
Defendants: George Robyns, Philip Travers and Edmund Wood late his apprentices, Peter Hutchins, James Sutton, and others.
Subject: Unlawful distress, contrary to the King's protection, in a house in Bishopsgate Street held of the said Philip Travers as tenant to Sir Thomas Gresham for executing Lord Harrington's patent for farthing tokens, and perjury in Chancery.
