Plaintiffs: Bridget Molyneux, late the wife of Edmund [Edward] Mollyneux, son and heir of John Mollyneux, esq and John Mollyneux son and heir of the said Edmund Mollyneux.
Defendants: Christopher Molyneux, esq of Grays Inn, Thomas Mollyneux, gent, Jervis Mollyneux, gent, John Malam, yeoman, Robert Malam, yeoman, and others.
Subject: Forcible ouster from the manor of Thorpe by Newark on the ground of non-payment of an annuity.
